Returns
You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it and resalable.
Items which have been opened can be returned only if there is an issue with the content.
Items that have been worn including clothing and scarves can not be returned.
In either case, email us first to begin the return process.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, you must inform us within 48 hours. We may ask you to send us pictures of the damaged item along with the packaging
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will initiate a refund in the same method the payment was received.
When you receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The above terms are for the purposes of avoiding misunderstandings and disputes should anything go wrong. However, we will always endeavour to deal with things as amicably and helpfully as possible, especially when customers deal with our staff in an equally polite and amicable way.
