Order Preparation and Despatch.

We despatch orders upon receipt of payment. Purchasers will receive a confirmation followed by an estimate of delivery following the placement of an order. If you are in a rush and need your order urgently, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to arrange something quicker for you. 

Same Day Delivery

We occasionally run time-limited offers to deliver the same day to selected postcodes. If you select that option but fall outside the advertised location, you will have your order shipped as normal but you will not receive your order the same day. You can cancel your order before it is despatched if ordered accidentally or unwittingly. 

UK (Mainland Only)

We ship with various couriers dependent on the speed, quantity and weight of the order. Timings are not guaranteed.  Delivery timings are determined by the couriers efficiency.

EU (Mainland Europe)

We will endeavour to deliver to mainland Europe where possible – please contact us for further details.

Rest of the world

Please email us first for us to check if the order is possible and expected times and charges for your country. 

What are your delivery charges?

Charges vary based on the items you have ordered and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order. All prices include VAT.

In addition to delivery options, we offer a click and collect option for convenience.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK!

Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout. If you are outside Europe, please email us on contact@jawharah.co.uk and we will then provide you with a manual quotation.

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times, and will cost a little more, with delays possible if you live in the following postcode areas: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 – PO41, TR21 – TR25, ZE. If we believe that the delivery address you’ve given may not be secure (for example, if it’s a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements. 

Can I send items to more than one address?

We do not currently have an automated system for this. You will have to place separate orders. 

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

If you are not in at the time of the delivery, the courier will provide appropriate options for you to recivie your order.

What if only part of my order has arrived?
